Who we are

mollie made. is a home bakery in Antwerp, run by Lisa De Prins as a sole proprietor (enterprise number [KBO NUMBER], Van Schoonbekestraat 23, 2018 Antwerpen). You can reach us at [EMAIL] or [PHONE].

How ordering works

A new menu goes online every Monday at 12:00. You can order until Thursday at 20:00, or until a bake is sold out. Quantities are limited: we bake everything ourselves, in one home oven.

Your order is confirmed once it's paid. You'll get an email with your order number, the pick-up time and the address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro. Small enterprise exempt from VAT (art. 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code): no VAT is charged. Every order is paid when you order, with Bancontact, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We don't take payment at pick-up.

Pick-up

Pick-up only, on Saturday, in the window shown in your confirmation email. We don't deliver.

If you can't make it, ask a friend to pick up your order with your order number, or message us before Friday evening. An order that isn't picked up can't be refunded: everything is baked for you that morning.

No right of withdrawal

Our bakes are fresh food that spoils quickly, so the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply (art. VI.53, 4° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

If we have to cancel

If we can't bake your order (illness, a broken oven), we'll let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full.

Allergens

Each bake lists what it contains. Everything is made in one home kitchen where wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame and soy are all used, so traces are always possible. Recipes can change from week to week. Allergic? Ask before you order.

Something wrong?

Tell us at [EMAIL] or on WhatsApp on the day itself, ideally with a photo. We'll make it right.

Law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Antwerp, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
