Who is responsible

What we keep and why

When you order, we keep your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your order. We use them to prepare your order, send your confirmation and a reminder before pick-up, and to reach you if something changes. That's all: no newsletter, no selling or sharing for marketing.

Who else sees it

Our shop and payments run on Shopify, which processes your data for us. Card and Bancontact details go straight to the payment provider; we never see them.

How long

Order details are kept for 7 years, because Belgian accounting law asks us to. Anything else is deleted when it's no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it: write to [EMAIL]. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
